The Early Bird registration fee will be effective only if the registration and payment is done by 31 May 2010 18 June 2010, with a possible extension of 5 days for the payment (until 23 June 2010). The discount will not be applied to any registration done after 31 May 2010 18 June 2010 and or PAID after 23 June 2010.

Method of payments:
*Registrations not accompanied by appropriate payments will not be honoured until full payment is made.
*Confirmation will be sent upon clearance of payment.
*Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk.

Cancelation Policy:
Refund of Registration Fees will be made upon receipt of a written notification by fax or e-mail only, as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival-full refund less bank charges, Up to 60 days prior to arrival – cancellation of R550.00, Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund
